Maitreya, The World Teacher, Steps Forward

The way prepared by His Herald the 'star', Maitreya, the World Teacher, has given His first interview on American television. Millions have heard Him speak both on TV and the internet.

His open mission has begun.

He was introduced not as Maitreya, the World Teacher and Head of our Spiritual Hierarchy, but simply as a man, one of us. In this way He "ensures that men follow and support Him for the truth and sanity of His ideas rather than for His status".

He spoke earnestly of the need for peace, achievable only through the creation of justice and the sharing of the worlds resources.

This is the first of many such interviews which will be given in the USA, Japan, Europe and elsewhere, bringing His message of hope to the world.

Spiral Light Over Norway

The enormous, spiral light with its glowing centre, seen over Norway on
9 December 2009, has excited and baffled thousands of Norwegians including astronomical experts. What does it mean?

On 12 December 2008 Share International Foundation announced that a large, bright ‘star’-like object would soon be seen in the sky. It is a sign heralding the imminent appearance of Maitreya, the World Teacher, on His first television interview, which will take place in the USA.

The ‘star’ is really one of four enormous spacecraft placed around the world. Since December 2008 numerous sightings of the ‘star’ have been reported on YouTube and television news programmes. Share International magazine has received hundreds of photographs showing the ‘star’ in a variety of stunning colours and shapes.

The huge spiral manifestation over Norway is an extension of the work of these spacecraft and is irrefutable evidence of their reality. Our information is that further such manifestations are planned for the near future.

The 'Star' Sign - Have You Seen It Yet?

Since early January 2009, hundreds of sightings of the Star have been reported from all over the world, such as Norway, Greece, Japan, Costa Rica, South Africa, Aotearoa-New Zealand, Canada, Switzerland, Dubai, Spain, Pakistan, United Kingdom, United States of America. Reports of Star sightings have appeared on the Internet in blogs, newspapers, and on www.YouTube.com. Videos of the Star posted on YouTube are creating much debate and Share International is receiving more and more photographs showing the Star in a variety of stunning colours and shapes.

This Star heralds the imminent emergence of Maitreya, the World Teacher, and the beginning phase of the total transformation of every aspect of our lives: political, social, economic, religious, scientific, cultural, educational and personal.

Bright Star Heralds the Emergence
of Maitreya the World Teacher

For over 30 years author,
lecturer and artist Benjamin Creme, who is also editor of
Share International magazine, has been preparing the way for the biggest event in history: the emergence of Maitreya, the World Teacher.

On 12 December 2008, Share International distributed a news release announcing that in the very near future a large, bright Star would appear in the sky visible throughout the world, night and day. It also distributed follow-up news releases in January and April 2009.

“In the very near future, people everywhere will have the opportunity to witness an extraordinary and significant sign, the like of which has been manifested only once before, at the birth of Jesus. Then, according to Christian teaching, a star appeared in the heavens and led three wise men from the East to the birthplace of Jesus. This Star heralds the imminent emergence of Maitreya, the World Teacher. He does not come as a religious leader, or to found a new religion, but as a teacher and guide for people of every religion and those of no religion. At this time of great political, economic and social crisis, Maitreya will inspire humanity to see itself as one family, and teach it to create a brilliant new civilisation based on sharing, economic and social justice, and global cooperation.

He will launch a call to action to save the millions of people who starve to death every year in a world of plenty. Among Maitreya's recommendations will be a shift in social priorities so that adequate food, housing, clothing, education, and medical care become universal rights.

His message can be summarised in a few words:

Dear Editor,
At our group’s fair stand on 4 April 2009 a lady, Mihana Rose Rodin, told us she thinks she has seen the star on two or three occasions. The first time was about two weeks ago in the early evening. She felt strongly drawn to a star in the west that was about halfway up the sky. She initially thought it was a reflection of the sun. The colour seemed to change – at one stage it had a bluish tinge with rays beaming outward from it. On another occasion she came back five minutes later and it appeared to have moved. A friend of hers also commented that she had seen an unusual star in the sky around the same time. Could your Master please confirm whether this was the star?

Dear Editor,
On 25 March 2009 at around 11.30am, at an estimated height of between 700 to 1,000 feet, I saw a large, very bright star-like object in the sky above Wellington harbour. The star appeared to be quite stationary, neither moving towards Wellington nor receding away from it, but appearing to bob gently up and down and side to side, as though riding on air currents. At the same time it was twinkling and sending out gentle beams of light. Although this region of airspace is near Wellington airport, even at night the landing lights of aircraft approaching have never appeared so large and lustrous as did the star at 11.30 in the morning on a bright, sunny day. I wonder if you could tell me whether this was the ‘star’ sign mentioned on your website?

Dear Editor,
On Monday 2 March 2009 I saw an unusual star in Buenos Aires. It looked as if had a purple nucleus, surrounded by a very bright halo. It emitted radial flashes, through multiple filaments. The star moved away quickly, perhaps two degrees, and then suddenly lost its brightness and disappeared. This happened after I looked up into the sky for quite a long time. It appeared suddenly and stayed visible for about 10 to 12 seconds. It was much brighter than Venus and could be seen in daylight. It was a marvellous sight! Was it the star that heralds Maitreya’s first appearance?

Dear Editor,
On 26 December 2008 between 8.15 and 8.30pm I was walking the dog with my daughter. The sky was beautiful and there were many stars. My attention was drawn by a large red/orange light object that moved slowly forward in the direction where we were going. The object had the shape of a Christmas star and was coloured red and orange. Then it seemed to be above us and to move ahead of us and upwards in an oblique line at a somewhat higher speed. I was very impressed by this star.
(1) Was it related to Maitreya? (2) On 30 December about 7pm I saw an enormous star in the sky, bright and very overwhelming and moving very slowly. Was this star also related to Maitreya?

Dear Editor,
On 15 February 2009 I was thinking about the “bright star” and intuitively I aimed my cell phone camera toward the sun and took several photos one minute apart. Later, looking at the photos I saw a round object near the sun – either to the right, left, or above the sun. I was puzzled as to how the object could....
Also, I took a photo of the sun as I stood in front of the Boston Museum in Nagoya. I could see a tiny point in the photo, near the window of a building a few meters away from me. I said in my mind, “If you are a UFO, will you show yourself bigger?” In the next photos the object could be seen more clearly, showing itself in a different position in each shot. (The object was confirmed to be a UFO but not the Star.) (Editor’s note: The UFOs are beginning to respond to thought requests from those unafraid and welcoming their presence.)
Next, I decided to take a photo of a sunset scene over the Kiso River in Gifu, believing the bright star would definitely appear near a beautiful sunset. I aimed my cell phone camera towards it. On the display screen I could see a tiny object moving. I made various requests in my mind: “You are too small to see. Will you make yourself more visible? Please come closer to me. Please go closer to Inuyama Castle”, etc. Each time, the object responded to my thought. I didn’t see it with my naked eye, but it showed on the camera. I am convinced that the bright star exists and our thoughts really do materialize.
I told this story to another member of the group, Miyako Hirai. She also talked to the object when she took a photo of the sun, saying: “Please make yourself bigger” and the object showed itself much bigger.

Malta

Malta sees the ‘star’
“What’s that mysterious light in the night sky?” asked the Times of Malta on 23 March 2009. “For more than a month, a bright light in the sky has been astounding those who see it, making them wonder what it is,” says Times reporter, Cynthia Busuttil. “Almost every evening, soon after sunset, the bright light appears over the Floriana church, moving to Lija and then onto Ta’ Qali. An hour later, it just disappears into thin air…. But what is this light? A star, a planet ... or an unidentified flying object? And does this sighting have the potential of turning Malta into the Mediterranean’s Roswell? According to eyewitnesses, the light is brighter than anything else in the sky and appears to hover lower than passing planes.”
The Astronomical Society of Malta, however, blamed atmospheric turbulence when Venus is low in the sky, which can cause it to change colour dramatically. But noted one observant commentator: “At first I thought that it is something about Venus or Saturn … but soon after I realised that at times the light shines even though it’s cloudy.” (Source: timesofmalta.com)

27 January 2009: "I hope I'm not the only one who has witnessed the two strange lights over Doha yesterday [26 January]. It was around 9.30 pm when I was standing in front of my house at Matar Kadeem (Old Airport). I looked up randomly and saw a bright flame in the sky. It was appearing to be the size of a tennis ball with very bright flames like light flickering almost about 2 miles high. It was moving at a very slow pace and had it not been for the height at which it was, I would have ignored it as a balloon. "All of us were amazed and were joined by a lot of other onlookers. All of us were guessing as to what it could be. The light kept moving from South to North for about 10 mins. It was moving in a straight line and then started wobbling at its place. After about 3-4 more mins, it vanished into the clouds. This was not it. After about another 5 mins a similar light appeared in the South horizon and followed a similar pattern. Dear Editor,
On the evening of Saturday 3 January 2009 we had a bad electrical storm and then the rain came in buckets. We turned off the TV and decided to read in bed. My daughter Pat went upstairs to her room and was looking out of her landing window when things started to happen. She called for me to go up the stairs quickly, which I did, and there I saw the clouds had parted and a large area of jet black sky showing, and getting bigger every second. To the south west of our house there was an enormous star all by itself, no others near, and streams of light rays shooting out from it in all directions. I could hardly believe my eyes.
About 10 minutes later, the rolling clouds coming towards us were ablaze with light, as if the sun was shining again, but no, the first quarter of the new moon appeared to the far right of the heavens from where the star was. Then the moon disappeared as the clouds thickened close to us and going overhead. The star remained and I was obliged to go downstairs again after another 20 minutes as I was feeling very dizzy and did not want to fall.
My daughter continued watching this wonderful scene until the clouds covered the heavens again. All I could think was, is this the sign of Lord Maitreya to greet us for the New Year and His imminent emergence? I hope so. We have waited for him for such a long time.

Spanish television reports on the ‘star’
On 5 April 2009 the popular programme Cuarto Milenio (Fourth Millennium) on Spanish television channel Cuatro, reported on the ‘star’ sign.
Footage was shown of a film taken in Los Arenales, Cordoba province, by ecologist Bartolome Olivares who had been walking in the mountains when he saw a big, orange light on the horizon. Journalist Iker Jimenez told the viewers: “Important. Please pay attention to this, my friends who are watchful, looking at the skies. In the last days of March we have received many sightings, videos and photos. What is happening? Let’s look at this – a kind of orange object, circular, spherical, that comes close and moves away, that seems to pulsate.” (Source: Cuatro TV, Spain)

Dear Editor,
On the 11 and 12 February 2009, between 9.30 and 10.15pm, my daugher and I saw a very big, bright light in the sky, looking West. Afterwards the light disappeared.
On the 11th at a certain moment, the light shrank and became very small. Afterwards it went back to its initial size and emitted red and blue flashes. The light didn’t move from its original place.
Was this the star that heralds Maitreya’s public emergence?

I have been seeing in the sky at night a single light that shines more than any other and it has been alone in the sky for the last few days. The light is seen in the West.
Last night, Saturday 7 March 2009, we went to a birthday party and we were heading to Albalat del Torongers town. When we were driving there, we saw the light on our left, in a northwest direction, always alone in the sky, which kept our attention due to its brightness – it was more intense than any other star and seemed to be vibrating. We watched it till we arrived and then it disappeared. Was it the star heralding Maitreya’s public emergence?
